for every dollar we bring in to our feed store, cause a ripple effect in Buxton Oregon. For each dallor spent, we then generate seven more dollars through the community and region. You dollar helps in the following ways:
- Buxton Christian school
- Time gas station
- Banks Hardware
- Jim’s grocery
- Garbage pickup
- Land O’ Lakes in Portland
- Concentrates in Portland
And the list just goes on. So if the dollars are not spent then we can’t add those same type dollars to our community, and other places. It so important to shop local, and buy local, as this is where your community gets the real benefits of our feed store.
Stop by and compare our prices, as I am sure you will be surprised that they are in-line with other pricing at feed stores. Sometimes we are the same or a little lower and a little higher. But the end effect is that buying local really keeps dollars in our area to be used by other merchants and families.
If we continue to spend dollars outside of the cummunity, then we will all suffer the effect. There is lot in the terms of Buy Fresh / Buy Local!
